1. All Sales Policy

  • All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)

We will:

  • Replace the item OR
  • Issue a refund/store credit at our discretion

3. Allergic Reactions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
Please review all ingredients before use and perform a patch test.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if approved) will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days

5. Order Cancellations
